Globemaster Shock-Mount Binnacle Mount Compasses:

Globemaster shock mount compasses are equipped with an anti-vibration feature which isolates the compass unit from damaging shock or hull vibrations. Shock-mounted binnacle models should be installed in enclosed bridge decks or pilot houses.
