The new CETO model is a unit built for the professional fishermen used for retrieving clam fishing baskets.
They are assembled using a heavy duty electric motor and gearbox, with the motor contained in an IP67 rated cover to be protected from humidity and sea water, and by a strong aluminum drum able to contain approximately 20 meters of fine rope.
They are available at a power rating of 1000 W at 12 V or 24 V.
The drum is driven by use of a high torque worm gear box with the gear case made in black anodized marine aluminium. The gears are made of special bronze and steel in order to withstand the high stress during the intensive use of such an operation.
The top part is made by a simple construction of an anodised marine aluminium for the base and drum, and a stainless steel AISI 431 shaft.

Chico 150Nt life jacket provides an improved fit and maximum safety. A large flotation collar supports the children head, while the small size also features a fabric pampers and a crotch strap for greater safety. Its foam distribution provides quick turn and face properly out of water. It includes one webbing fastener, whistle, plastic zip and SOLAS retro reflective tapes.
An end rope with plastic button is fixed at the end of each life jacket for adjustable wearing. It also provided with a lifting loop for easier rescue. Approved to the latest European standards for 150N life jackets, ISO 12402-3. All of its raw materials are certified per ISO 12402-7 and ISO 12402 -8 for higher strength, quality and durability. The thermal circuit breaker is an essential component of the electric plant. It has three functions:
—protects from very dangerous short circuits
—protects the electric motor of the windlass
—interrupts tension to windlass when desired
In case of short circuit the intervention is immediate.
Concerning the electic motor a specific intervention curve has been studied in cooperation with E-T-A Germany. It is possible to re-activate the circuit breaker at the end of the intervention.
